"I did get help in the end, so..."
I did get help in the end, so maybe I’m being a little harsh, but the response felt really slow for an emergency situation. I kept wondering if I was overreacting or expecting too much, but in the moment it was stressful waiting that long.

I could barely figure out what was actually covered. The details felt so unclear that I was practically losing my mind trying to make sense of it. I just wanted a simple explanation, but it left me more confused than when I started.

"Torn because I’ve always liked them, but this claim is taking forever"
I’ve been with this brand for a while and never expected to feel this frustrated, but I’m still waiting on my claim payout. It’s been moving really slowly, and it’s hard because part of me wants to stay loyal since I’ve had good experiences before, but this is making me question things.

I had to file a claim with Seven Corners after a quick visit to a small clinic while I was abroad. The upload process was straightforward, but I ended up having to send the same receipt twice, which was a little annoying.
They DID pay the claim in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it definitely wasn’t super fast. Customer service did respond when I reached out, though some of the replies felt a bit copy-and-paste instead of actually addressing my questions.

Tried changing the coverage around a bit, but the options felt limited. Couldn’t adjust the deductibles or add the extras I actually needed, so ended up giving up and buying a plan somewhere else...

"Canceling was more of a hassle..."
Canceling was more of a hassle than I expected, and the refund took quite a while to come through. To be fair, the support team wasn’t rude, and I understand these things can take a bit of processing time, but the whole experience felt slower and more frustrating than it needed to be

"Decent overall, but they need to be clearer"
Seven Corners seems mostly reliable, and I didn’t have a terrible experience using the site, but I definitely had a few moments where I wasn’t totally sure what I was looking at. The information is there, but it could be explained a lot more clearly. If a company is handling travel insurance, I expect them to be upfront and make the details easy to understand, not leave customers guessing. I’d probably use them again, but I’d double-check everything first and expect them to take responsibility if anything was unclear or caused an issue.

"Fair enough for the price"
It’s decent for what you pay, so I can’t complain too much. Nothing amazing, though. Whoever runs this could definitely make it better, but for the price, it’s fair enough

"Still Frustrated Thinking About That Denied Claim"
I still remember how stressful it felt opening that denial notice, especially because I thought I was covered. The exclusions weren’t clear to me at all, and finding out after the fact made the whole situation feel really unfair. It left a bad taste, and I wouldn’t want to go through that again

"Nobody ever gets back to you"
I tried calling and sending emails for a few days, and still couldn’t get a proper answer from anyone. It felt like I was just waiting forever with no clear update. Really frustrating service, and not a good experience at all.

I bought a plan for my trip and then everything kind of went sideways with a long flight delay and missing one of my hotel nights, and while their support team did respond eventually, it felt like every answer was just asking me to fill out another form or wait a little longer, then weeks went by, I had to explain the same situation more than once, and although I did get a bit of help in the end, it really didn’t feel like enough considering how stressful the whole thing was.

"Poor communication during my claim"
I had to keep chasing them for updates on my claim, which got old quickly. When they did reply, it was slow and usually didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like no one had a clear idea of what was going on. I’ve dealt with other travel insurance companies before, and even when the process wasn’t perfect, at least they kept me in the loop better than this. Super frustrating, especially when you’re already dealing with travel issues.

I thought the provider list would make things easy, but it was kind of a mess. Most of the doctors listed didn’t actually take the insurance, so I ended up calling around forever like I was on some dramatic quest just to find someone who would accept it.

"Site works when it wants to"
I was trying to compare plans on sevencorners.com, and the website felt clunky. It kind of works when it wants to, some pages loaded fine, while others dragged or made me click around way too much just to find basic information.

The forms were also a little frustrating. A few times I wasn’t sure if my selections actually saved, so I kept second-guessing myself and going back to check, which got old fast.

I did eventually get through it, so it’s not completely unusable, but the whole experience could be a lot smoother. For something important like travel insurance, I’d expect the site to feel easier and more reliable.

"Trying to enroll was such a headache!!!"
I tried to get enrolled, but they just wouldn’t enroll me!!! The whole thing was frustrating and way more of a hassle than it needed to be!!!

"A bit too much paperwork"
The process felt slow, mostly because there were just so many documents to send in. I get why they need them, and in some ways it did feel organized, but at the same time it was kind of frustrating and dragged on longer than I expected.
